I really like this location. It's very comfy inside with lots of seating- even arm chairs and a large screen t.v. Lots of natural light. They were out of ice when I went so they let me get a bottle soda without the up -charge, of course, I thought that was cool. The employees are reserved, but nice. Bathroom is super clean.

I used this Subway to cater an event. I ordered 4 - 3' subs. They were very pleasant when placing the order the day before. I felt confident after reading the Yelp reviews. Only food poisoning could have made this a worse experience. There was only one employee at the store trying to fill my order while pausing to make individual sandwiches for everyone that came through the door. After 30 minutes of waiting I called the 800 catering help phone number. She said there was a problem with the boxes. This was in addition to the delay in making the sandwiches....great. Had to wait for a manager to pick up boxes and bring them to the store. They offered me cookies for all of the trouble. No thank you. I had 30 high school boys waiting at a sports event at a nearby park to eat. Finally 45 minutes later I had the sandwiches....not all in the 3' boxes so not sure why they said the wait was for those. Got to the park and received another surprise. The fun never ends. They weren't cut as I had ordered. Hungry boys tearing apart sandwiches.... Really? I received a 10% refund ($15 on a $150 order...woo hoo) from the 800 help line. Did not alleviate the mess of the situation. Maybe this location is good for a quick sandwich but avoid the headache and cater with Jimmy John's across the street.

I came here and ordered ham and provolone on a wheat roll. Walked out with turkey and cheddar on white -- I tried to correct her about a dozen times, loudly enough that other people in the line were laughing and joking "I guess you're getting what she wants to give you!" Person making my sandwich was utterly oblivious to me after "taking my initial order." There were maybe 6 other people in the whole place, 2 were sitting and one I was in with. There's no "so many people, can't be held accountable for minor errors" explanation to be had here. Really? I don't say this often or lightly, but how hard is this? Next time, I'll find a Quiznos.

It's a standard Subway that I couldn't find on Yelp and Foursquare. I ordered the July special, which was a buffalo chicken footlong. It was tasty and met my expectations.

First, I love Subway sandwiches. Second, I adore people who give personal, caring customer service. This Subway location is by far the best I've been to probably ever. They are quick and efficient with the line. They don't treat me like I'm interrupting their day by wanting a sandwich, like some other Subway locations. You can tell that the people that run this location truly care about what they're giving me and the people who come in there to spend their money. My family and I went into this location back in June to get lunch. My 2-year old was not feeling well that day. As soon as he sat in his chair he threw up everywhere, multiple times. He got it all over himself and made a huge puddle of barf on the floor. I didn't know what to do. The owners were there and weren't worried about the mess. They wanted to make sure my son was ok and brought him a cup of water. I apologized profusely and over and over they told me not to worry about it. I tried to clean it up but they took over. They didn't make us feel bad for what happened or groan about how gross it was. They kept a smile the entire time and still made us feel like they were happy we brought our business there. Now, everytime we go there, they remember us. Not something you really want to be remembered for, but they never bring it up, they just smile and make us feel welcome. Oh, and the bathrooms are clean! :D

Speaking from personal experience of past multiple trips,this College Park, Maryland Subway restaurant is consistent with both the good quality of their food and strong customer service. My spouse and I last ate here less than 12 hours ago and were met with cheerful service. My husband chose to have the Spicy Italian value meal with a Dr. Pepper drink. I chose the limited time offering of the Prime Rib melt value meal with a drink that was a hybrid of cherry coke and lemonade. Their range of toppings and condiments are tasty complements to the sandwiches. For instance, some of the toppings that were on my sandwich were red pepper blend, black olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, olive oil, pickles,and green peppers. This subway location is a great place to eat at for both the deliciousness of the food, polite customer service, and reasonable prices.
